If you are not already signed up for Direct Deposit, CRA's goal is to send your Notice Of Assessment and cheque within two weeks. How long the actual mail delivery takes to your specific location is undeterminable. If you had Direct Deposit in the past and have not made any changes, CRA will deposit your cheque to that same bank account. 

If you completed all the steps and received a NetFile Confirmation Number, your return was successfully NetFiled.
