In April I had re filed my 2017 tax returns but have not received anything back.On the main menus it gives me an option to exit or go back and says thank you.Why is this?
It hasn't sent me any verification that's it's gone through and the only thing I have is proof of payment from turbotax. This has me concerned as I believe I have to give them money back and also need to file my return for 2018.
When you ReFile, you should receive a confirmation number immediately on your screen once it is transmitted. Please see the following FAQ for more information.
