How could I download my 2016 Tax Return from my TurboTax Account?

I have logged in my account, and I could only see last three years tax return - year 2017, 2018, & 2019. I understand that I should be able to download 7 years tax return. I have followed the steps to click My Returns - View all Tax Returns, but I still could only see last 3 years tax return - year 2017, 2018, & 2019. I know I have been using online version since 2015. Please advise how to see the prior years tax return.

After you file

If you have already prepared a return for 2016 using TurboTax Online - unfortunately, that year has been discontinued, and the files are no longer available. TRA (Tax return access) services were not introduced until 2017, so you won’t see PDFs from 2016 (or earlier) in your account, either.
