On the review of my tax account, at the top it says "Refund of x amount" but at the bottom it says "Balance due of same amount." Does this mean I owe in or not?

That is confusing, and we need to fix this. Thanks for pointing it out.

The caption on the tab up top is the correct one; if it says 'balance due' then you owe. If it says 'refund', then you're getting a refund.
