TurboTax Business Incorporated was unable to connect to transmission Service?

I have tried submitting my 2017 return many different times and it always returns with the same uninformative message. (see subject).

 

It suggests that my internet might be down (its working fine), or that the host service is down (doesn't say how to check).

 

I have tried many times on different days at different times.

 

I don't know what else to do to trouble shoot the issue.
