Box 54 of the T4 slip should not appear on the employees copy of the T4 as per CRA rules and is not required for completion and filing of a T1 tax return. Because of this there is not a box 54 entry field in TurboTax. When the employer files T4 slips to CRA for all their employees, the employer account number is entered on box 54 of the CRA copy of the T4 slip.
