Troubleshooting

Ah I have tried to contact customer service- have to pay for that. was on the phone with someone for over an hour last night that had no clue how to help or where to find the box to add new additions or Dispositions...

then they escallated to a senior person who scheduled to talk to me at 630 am   and they never called. 

I am pretty much at the point of giving up on Turbo Tax completely , which is too bad, have used them for probably 15 + years.  very frustrated
