My returns are stuck with the full service team that is not responsive at all? Is there a contact number or helpline?
How do I get someone from Turbotax to respond? I opted for full service on April 21, on April 30 I was informed that my returns had been prepared and someone will get in touch re next steps within 12 hours. It has been 3 days, the deadline is past, I have not heard a peep from TUrbo tax and have no way of contactign anyone. My taxes are not filed yet.

Troubleshooting
Hi, I purchased a full service and i am having exactly same issue. They do not have any service commitments and sense of professional responsibility . I am stuck too.
