I purchased Turbo Tax for business 2000 six months ago. I was getting a failure message when I tried to update. As it was requested on your support pages to change compatibility to run as "administrator". I did, but now it is asking for license number. When I add the license number, I get a message that all licenses were already used.
I need to be able to file my taxes soon.
Can you help with that.
