Can I arrange a meeting with an expert if I don't have a Canadian/ US phone number?

I am currently in the UAE and am trying to file my taxes with the help of an expert. However, I am not able to get in touch with them due to not having a working Canadian/US cell number. Is there some way around it?

The only work around would be to have a phone with a US number that the expert could contact you on.
