Troubleshooting

When you file your return, you get a confirmation number from the CRA right in TurboTax. The CRA doesn't send you anything directly. CRA My Account will confirm reception of your tax return, but it can take up to 48 hours. 

If you didn’t get a confirmation number, and the CRA doesn’t have your return, then you likely didn’t complete the NETFILE process with your return. Please try again, starting from the beginning of the Review section.

- From the left side menu, select Review.

- From the options that appear, select “[Name] – Tips, Warnings and Errors”.

- Continue through your return and file.

In Forms mode you can get to the Review with CTR+D.
