Line 438. I am not able to enter an amount on line 438. There are no zeros there. Is there a problem with the program this year?

After waiting on the phone for over an hour my problem was solved in less than a minute.  ðŸ˜‰  The text size I was using was too small.  Used the text size icon to the right at the top to make text size bigger.  I was then able to enter the numbers

I have the latest version.  When I try to enter an amount it will not let me put any numbers.  I can not enter anything.  I have tried clicking different areas on the line but I still can not enter any numbers.
