Three possible ways to get the bar to show up  

• You may toggle it up + or down -  it will populate the grey scroll bar needed on the left side of the screen.

• Click on any tab or slip then it will populate the grey scroll bar.

• You may also click on any of the tabs, from there the scroll bar will appear.
