Why is releve 3 (Box A-1, B, and C) info giving me an error?

Make sure your RL3 box A11 & A12 are entered correctly and if the issue persists, please contact a TurboTax specialist who will be better able to assist you in correcting this issue or escalate to a higher level for resolution if needed.
