The CD/Download version of TurboTax is for Windows systems only. You'll need to install the software on a PC to use the product you've purchased.

If you'd like to use your iPad to prepare and file your return, you can use TurboTax Online by opening a web browser and creating an account at www.turbotax.ca or download the IOS app from the App Store. If this is the option you prefer, you can request a refund of the version you purchased.
