The website is a separate entity from the software. There are no known malfunctions with TurboTax at this time. There could be slowdowns with some Internet services explaining why some website pages are not loading. We have checked at our end and that FAQ page is loading properly.

Are you in TurboTax or on the website? If you are in TurboTax, can you provide a screenshot of the page you're on?
