Great news! Your competitors software is working. Please tell me what order number format you need to submit a refund request. Your online submission form won't accept any of the numbers from my receipt. 

The TurboTax Support Forum re: locked forms should be updated TODAY to give an ETA on when all forms will be unlocked.

They should not have accepted payment when there is a known issue. 

I have been charged this morning but they don't even have an estimate when this issue can be resolved. NOT HAPPY 😣

I would also like at ETA, it's monday and I am trying to netfile and getting the error. If this is not resolved I would also like refund and I will go to your competitor

Just saw on turbo tax canada facebook page a comment from them that said by Wednesday at 5pm. Not sure how much faith I have in that as long ago they said it would be up and running by today.
