Good morning,

Thank you for your question.  You can obtain this form http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/t1135/

The government has not approved TurboTax to Netfile the T1135 this year: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/esrvc-srvce/tx/ndvdls/netfile-impotnet/crtfdsftwr/menu-eng.html

Troubleshooting

It would be helpful if TurboTax would not generate a T1135 that cannot be completely filled (lack of space) or Netfiled.  I am stuck with an incompletely filled T1135 in the PDF copy generated.
