Can't install turbotax (Canada standard edition) from CDROM nor downloaded file to PC running W10 PRO 64 bit, even running setup file as an administrator as suggested on the FAQ webpage. Please help

Please make sure that you have updated your Windows 10 and then try using this link to download your software- https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp

 

If this doesn't work please contact our customer service so that they can view your screen and assist or have your issue escalated if necessary.

I have been a Turbo Tax User for years.  Sadly the past years I have used the download process and did not keep the installation codes.  I need 2017 but wondering if I can also get 14,15,17, 16 & 18?

The only way to get all those previous years codes is if we have them on file- If you had purchased them directly from TurboTax.  If yes, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance
