2017 combined spousal tax return and during the import T4 section from CCRA it doesn't let my wife enter her account information and TurboTax hangs. How to fix this?

You might want to sign out of TurboTax, clear your cache and then sign in and try again without having your "CRA My Account" page open in the background.
