All of my old losses that were carried forward and the CNIL calc are not accurate. Can I overrride them all?

It seems that when I started using TurboTax a few years ago the loss data I entered was not accurate and its now being carried forward every year.

You can add them in the Forms method. Click on the "Forms" icon in the top blue toolbar.

For loss carry over amounts, click the "Forms explorer" button in the blue toolbar. Search "Loss" and select the loss worksheet. Scroll down to the "Net capital loss" section and enter the c/f amount in the first column.
