Answered Yes to do you have a CRA account. Followed instructions and said could not access CRA and to check settings (which were correct.)Something to do with RC4.
RC4 refers to a Windows setting apparently. BUT, now I can't access My Account. This is connected to activating Turbo software, and I need a fix.
