I purchased a prepayment for the Standard Online Edition and would like to use the download version instead. How can I apply my prepayment to the download version?
This is not possible. You can purchase the download edition now and request a refund for the online edition later by contacting our customer care agents: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3152013
