Are you still facing issues accessing you 2023 tax return

whenever i try to access the return i am getting the puppy picture.

i contacted TurboTax 2 days ago and they asked me to wait 48 hours as they are working on the issue, but till today still the same.

Can you please make sure that you log out of your Online account and log back in and if you get this puppy page - please make sure that you clean your cookies and cache, then try again.
