As a non-resident will the answer be yes or no?

Hi, I am an international student in Canada. I have a question. In the TD1 tax form there is this following question:

As a non-resident of Canada, will 90% or more of your world income be included in determining your taxable income earned in Canada in 2018?

My main income now is from TA in Canada. Will it be yes or no?

As a non- resident of Canada if you have only income from Canada then your answer will be "No" or If your income from other countries that you are claiming will be less than 90% to determine your taxable income earned in Canada then its a "No". If you have any world income "from other countries" and you are including 90% or more of these amount to determine your taxable income earned in Canada in 2018- If so, then you will answer "Yes"

I'm sorry I'm getting conflicting information. From what I've read taxtips, etc. and this site: https://www.taxback.com/blog/declaring-foreign-income-in-canada, it's a YES if you earn 90% or more IN Canada. I only have a job in Canada and no other source of income. Should it be a YES for me?
