As I don't have a NETFILE code, will the Autofill work?

The NETFILE Access code(NAC) is separate from autofill.  You do not have to enter the NAC to be able to NETFILE, you can choose to skip that field completely and proceed to NETFILE successfully. As for Importing your documents using autofill you simply require a CRA account.  The links below are for instructions depending on the software used.
