Asked to upgrade to self employed when I only have T4 and T4E, spouse has zero income/expenses (same as past years). I've checked for errors and found none. Help!

Do you have any amounts in box 81, 82 or 83 of your T4 slip? These would be considered self-employment income.

I'm in the same boat. Extremely frustrating. Never have I experienced anything like it in previous years.
