Asking for a clarification

My husband does not live in Canada and I entered SIN as 000-000-000 and as non-resident but what should I do with the question "if my husband's Canadian resident has been changed" even though I chose the option non-resident

Answer this question "Select the option that best describes "your spouse's name" residency status as of December 31, 2021"as I was a non-resident of Canada and select his country of residence on December 31, 2021? Answer no that his residency did not change.
