Automatic billing question

My Visa account was charged $33.61 yesterday (INTUIT CANADA 780-466-9996 AB) - How do I stop automatic billing.  My name: Casey Pieterson - My email: casey.pieterson@rogers.com.

Why are you charging me 134.48 when I was trying to continue my taxes and icouldnt finish them. I already paid for the program from staples.  I know I talked to a lady because you wouldn't allow me to finish putting information from late tax receipts.  Is this how you people do business
