Bought TurboTax Desktop for Corporations. My year end is 10/04/2024. I'm not able to bring forward the data from the last file (.GB22) What's the problem?

Apparently I may have bought/downloaded the wrong year. How do I get this resolved. I'm out $347.20 at the minute.
