Can I change the method of paying the 2020 tax balance owing from the one I selected? I chose payment by cheque, now I want to pay online.

As per CRA, individuals can make payments online, in person, and by mail. Assuming that you want to change the payment method directly through CRA website, you can simply log in to your "CRA my account."
