Can I claim business kms from home to several stops during the day and back to home again if I get paid a taxable vehicle allowance for these kms (box 40 on my T4)?

As per the CRA, you can't deduct the cost of travel to and from work. You may be able to claim expenses for traveling between work sites, but you can only claim expenses that the motor vehicle allowance didn't cover. So if you paid $1000 for gas, but your allowance covered $800, then you can only claim the $200 difference.
