Can I claim point of sale terminal fees for credit card/ debit payments? Ido not own the machine put get charged by the clinic I rent space from.

Assuming you have a T2200 from your employer to claim these expenses. It would be done under the Income tab - Employment Expenses - Supplies (postage, stationery, other).
