Can i file tax return of two Provinces (QC & ON) I moved to Ontario in 2023 and have taxable income under t4 and RL1 but turbo tax doesn't allow me to add RL1 return

You will complete your tax return with living in the province you lived in on December 31st, 2023. Here are the screenshots on how to enter a Quebec T4/RL1. In the Intro section go to My Info, Personal Tax profile and click on edit beside Income & work-related expenses check off as seen below. Continue and on the next page as seen by the red arrow- this is where you enter Quebec Tax Deducted.
