Can I file with windows if I have used mac in the past?
If you are trying to transfer or carry forward your information from your return previously filed using TurboTax Online to an installed version (CD/Downloaded) on your Windows computer, you can not.
You can transfer an Online return to another Online return between Mac and Windows though.
