Can I install your 20 returns program in the a computer that has another tax program?.Please advise and call me

Yes. However, you can only NETFILE 20 returns, regardless of what software you have, as per the CRA: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/netfile-overview/certified-software-netfile-program.html#q2

If you need to file more than 20 returns online, consider registering for EFILE, and using a professional tax program like Profile. https://profile.intuit.ca/

how do I purchase pro file 20 at the 10% discount currently offered

@brayshaw1911 TurboTax discounts don't apply to Profile products.
