Yes, you can go up to the Return Manager under Tools to start a new return.
But if you have already paid for this return then the payment won't count toward the new return.

In TurboTax Online, there must always be one active return. To start a new one, click Tools>Return Manager then Create a new return. You will then be able to delete the old one from the Return Managerif you wish.

When you entered a wrong answer, and it will ask you to upgrade, this is the way to get back, and correct.
