Can I netfile if cra account is one of the ones that has been locked out, I am not a priority to get it fixed and I am still waiting to be contacted to unlock my account

You don't need a CRA account to use NETFILE, so even if your account is locked, you still should be able to file online. You won't be able to use the Auto-Fill or Express NOA services, though.
