Can I open my 2023 return on my new laptop that doesn't have the 2023 turbo tax software on it?

my 2023 return isn't in my returns on turbo tax

Are you using TurboTax online or Desktop version?

I purchased the online version and put it on my old laptop. I now want to open my 2023 return on my new laptop. Do I have to somehow transfer to online version to my new laptop?

I found my original email from TT and downloaded TT on to my new laptop
