Can I port the info from last year personal tax return to this year's business (2020) taxes?

Regardless of the version (basic, standard, self-employed, etc), you can import last year's information to a different version if you are using the same product (Online or Desktop) or if you are transferring from TurboTax Desktop to TurboTax Online.

However, you cannot transfer if you used a TurboTax Online product last year and want to transfer to a Desktop product.
