Can I see detailed entries in last years filed - 2021 taxes. I can open the file but only see a total

The best way to see any detail in what was entered in a prior year is to begin the amended return process.  This is also based on if you used TurboTax online for your 2021 return.  If you used TurboTax desktop, bringing up the 2021 software and opening the return should give you the detail in that version.

To begin the process of starting an amended return, and this does not mean you are going to amend, just to see the data, at the TurboTax home screen, click on "Tax Home", and scroll down to "Your tax returns and documents".  Clicking on that link will bring up several years and if you did prepare your 2021 return via TurboTax online, click on 2021.  It will prompt you for what you would like to do so choose amend, other reason, and add a state.  That process should allow you to access all the entries you made for 2021.  Afterwards just exit out with canceling the amendment.

Thanks. I still only see the summary line with an option to Edit/Delete.  Edit just brings up a total box for editing. 

No worries. I can't spend any more time on it. But your advice is how I would have expected it to work. Cheers
