Can my teenage son claim the CCB as income if he didn't work?

I'm a single parent that receives CCB for my teenage son. Turbo tax is stating he can claim the CCB as income so it won't be taxable income for me, can this be done even if he doesn't work?  The CCB gets direct deposited to my account, not his.

CCB is not taxable (the old UCCB was but it was phased out in 2016). CCB payments don't need to be included anywhere on your return.
