Can re-download TurboTax2016

I bought TurboTax2016, and when I Opened it today, I got a message that there was a version update  The update failed and I got a message to uninstall and reinstall TurboTax 2016.  However it looks like Intuit no longer recognizes me as a customer, and did not directly to a place where I can download the updated version of TurboTax 2016.

Can you help me?
