Can't get out of TurboTax online screen.

Hi there,

How do I get out of the first screen of online turbo tax? I can't exit from the screen it starts off with ie: 'General' questions. I'm not sure how I got there and don't want to file online. Every time I log off from this screen and log back on, I'm brought back to the same page. I can't seem to exit it and get back to the TurboTax home page.

You can sign out by selecting the option on the left-hand side panel. You can close the browser tab and clear your cookies and cache.  If you want to use the TurboTax Desktop version, click this link to buy and download the product. https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/desktop
