Can turbotax provide a free code for final income tax return as I thought there is no charge for income under $25,000?

TurboTax Free is a completely free product. According to the information above, you are currently using the Standard version of TurboTax which is not free. To prepare your return using TurboTax Free, choose the option for TurboTax Free from the product selector found here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tt/2018-03-06-catalogue-online/b.jsp

I forgot to mention that I bought the TurboTax for 8 returns as that is all they had  I did 8 returns already but have one more to submit but I need to pay $19.99 and don’t think it’s fair and wanted to know if you can send a code on exception basis  see my question and answer from turbotax below
