Can you help me correct a faulty download on my advantage account , incident # xxxxxxxxx, and can you issue a new download and uninstall the current download?

If you are having issues with the download link originally sent via email, please uninstall the software from your computer, then reinstall using this link instead: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp and enter in the 21 digits IKC given to you in the original email.
