Cannot change my phone number

There are two areas in TurboTax to change your phone number. Follow these steps:

Change phone number under Personal Info:

• Sign into your account and click "Take me to my return"
• Select the Personal Info tab (top left of program)
• Select Edit next to your Mailing address and change your phone number

Change phone number under Account Settings:

• Sign into your account and click "Take me to my return"
• Select My Account (top of program) then Account Settings from dropdown menu
• Select the SECURITY tab (on the left under PROFILE)
• Select Edit next to Phone and change your phone number

These ways do not work.  In the printed return, there is a work phone number for my wife that is not correct.  I cannot find where that number is in TT to correct it.

These don't work.  it does not change the information in the actual tax return, we each have different phone numbers. My spouse's number has changed, but there is no way to make this change in the TurboTax software without starting a totally new return. Please provide a fix and instructions to implement this action.

Unfortunately, you can't make changes to your return that you filed. You would need to contact the CRA to advise them.
