Cannot start turbo tax. Help?

Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.

I can do this but I no longer have my code. Help!

Yes, but the download you have on your computer doesn't have the latest updates which are in the download on our website. When you reinstall, you'll be asked to sign & and your code will be there.
