CD Standard version will not open after installation is complete?

Installed 2023 Standard off CD and completed update.  Program does not start post update. Window opens white and blank.  Why won't it install?

Uninstalled CD version and installed download version from link.  Program still will not open.

Please try running the program as an Administrator. To do this, right click on the program icon. In Windows 11, you may need to click on "Show More Options" to see the option.

 

You can also just try moving your mouse pointer around in the white box. You might be able to find the spot where the licence goes and enter it that way.
