How can I claim a capital loss in 2022 for the 2022 tax year

You can enter it in the Capital Gains section. Use the “Find” tool 🔍 to search for “cap”. Select “Capital Gains and Capital Gains Deduction Profile” from the list and then click the “Go” button.
